I’ve struggled to fully commit to and find peace during meditation because of discomfort while sitting. The Bodhi has completely transformed my comfort levels, allowing me to stay focused and present. It’s made a genuine difference!
I bought my cushion to help me with meditating and it actually has been a game changer. Having a cushion that's specifically for meditation definitely helps my brain switch into meditation mode - I swear as soon as I sit down my brain just slows down.
I also use it heaps for when I'm working! I use it under my laptop when I'm sitting soft, and then I also use it on my desk chair to help my posture while I'm working at the desk. I use it so much more than I thought I would in every day life! 10/10 recommend.
I can honestly say the Bodhi has been the purchase of the year in our household. I have always struggled to get into the groove of daily meditation, but having this I have a special spot in the lounge and I feel called to it everyday, it’s like a treat now. It also gets a lot of use as a laptop cushion, for sitting around when we play cards and also perfect pillow for reading when lying down at the beach. Would 10/10 recommend, also a great present 🎁
