A meditation cushion designed to make slowing down a little easier. Filled with Australian-grown buckwheat hull and lavender, it moulds around you for comfortable sitting and becomes a simple cue to pause, wherever you choose to put it.

And, why $140? Every BODHi is handmade in Kingsford, Sydney, by Tony, our local maker. It's filled with Australian-grown buckwheat hulls and finished in a high-quality linen-cotton cover. We make in small batches, locally, rather than mass producing offshore.
And when the buckwheat eventually needs refreshing, you won’t need to replace your BODHi. We send you a fresh inner. Your BODHi is made to stay.
Materials & care
Cover: 100% linen-cotton. Hand wash in warm water, air dry.
Inner: 100% cotton calico filled with buckwheat hull and lavender. Keep the buckwheat dry; if it gets wet, leave it in the sun.
Top up the lavender scent with a few drops of essential oil directly onto the calico.

Is it just a cushion?
Technically yes, but it’s designed to do more. Your BODHi is designed to become part of your ritual, something you see, sit on and return to. It’s filled with buckwheat hulls that mould to your body while holding their structure over time. So unlike a soft cushion that quickly loses its shape, your BODHi is made to be sat on, every day, for years.
How long will my BODHi last?
Your BODHi is made to be sat on, every day. Buckwheat hulls naturally hold their structure for a long time, although with years of use they will eventually compress and need refreshing. The good news? That doesn’t mean replacing your BODHi.
What happens when the buckwheat needs replacing?
Keep your BODHi. We’ll refresh the inside. Through BODHi Refresh, you can order a freshly filled inner for $49 and simply swap it into the cover you already have. Need a refresh? Email us at hello@thebodhi.com.au.
